Terms of use
Effective from the date these terms are first published on market.datbots.com.
1. Who we are
Datbot Market (“the Service”) is operated by Datbot Technologies (“we”, “us”), a partnership firm registered with the Registrar of Firms, Tamil Nadu, at First Floor, 191, OJ Mansion, Santhi Nagar, Alagapuram Periya Pudur, Salem 636016, Tamil Nadu, India. GSTIN 33AAYFD2731R1ZR.
By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are available from the “Terms of use” link on every page.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a directory of companies and a means of introducing buyers to suppliers. We publish company information and facilitate contact where both parties consent.
Listings are available to businesses in the countries shown on our coverage page. Our coverage page.
We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a supplier. We do not sell their goods or services or process their orders or invoices. Any commercial agreement is between the buyer and the supplier, on their own terms, off this platform.
Introductions are currently free for buyers. If we introduce a fee, we will show it before you commit to anything.
3. Company information
Some company records are derived from public registry filings published by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. These records identify companies that exist. They are not endorsements and they are not claims about what a company can supply.
Other records are written by the company itself. A self-registered listing is published at the moment it is submitted: nobody at Datbot Market reads it first, and nothing in it is checked or verified. Every listing shows which of these it is.
Where a person claims an existing listing as a representative of the company, we review the authority they show us before they are given control of it. That review decides who may edit a listing. It is not a check of what the listing says.
We do not guarantee that anything published here is accurate, current or complete. Make your own checks before entering any commercial relationship.
Company pages come from public government registers or from the companies themselves. Datbot Market does not check them. Before you trade, make your own checks.
If a listing about your company should not be here, tell us through the contact form.
A person reads every message. Where we take a listing down it stops appearing in the directory and in search. Nothing is erased: the record that the listing existed, and of who submitted it, is kept.
Data sources
Some company records on this site are derived from public register data that we use under the open data licence under which that data is published. The attribution statements those licences require are set out below.
India. Contains information from ACRA Information on Corporate Entities accessed on 22 September 2026 from data.gov.sg which is made available under the terms of the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0. The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and the Government of Singapore do not endorse Datbot Market or our use of this information, and publishing it here gives no record any official status. If you need rights to reuse this information beyond using this website, obtain it from data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence.
United Kingdom. Contains Companies House data from the Free Company Data Product (snapshot dated 1 September 2026, downloaded on 22 September 2026). Companies House states how its data may be used in its guidance on Companies House data products. We show companies only, and for each company only its name, number, type, status, incorporation date, registered activity codes and the post town and postcode district of its registered office. We do not show officers, owners or any other person's details. Companies House does not endorse Datbot Market or our use of this information, and publishing it here gives no record any official status. If you need to reuse this information, obtain it from Companies House.
Ireland. Contains Irish Public Sector Data licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Source: Companies Registration Office, Company Records retrieved on 22 September 2026. Modified by Datbot: companies selected by company type and by registered activity (manufacturing or wholesale trade), and fields reduced to company number, name, company type, status, registration date, activity code and county. The information is provided by its publisher as is, without warranties, as the licence states. The Companies Registration Office does not endorse Datbot Market or our use of this information, and publishing it here gives no record any official status. Norway. Contains data under the Norwegian licence for Open Government data (NLOD) distributed by Brønnøysundregistrene. The data comes from the Enhetsregisteret open data (full extract downloaded on 22 September 2026). Datbot has changed this data: we selected companies by legal form and industry code, and we show only some of the fields. We show companies only, and for each company only its name, organisation number, legal form, founding and registration dates, up to two registered industry codes and the municipality of its business address. We do not show sole proprietorships, roles, contact details or any other person's details. Brønnøysundregistrene does not endorse Datbot Market or our use of this data, and publishing it here gives no record any official status. If you need to reuse this data, obtain it from Brønnøysundregistrene under the NLOD.
France. Contains information from INSEE, base Sirene des entreprises et de leurs établissements (SIREN, SIRET) in the monthly stock files of 1 September 2026 (the date of the last update of the information used here), published by INSEE under the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence version 2.0. Datbot has selected companies from these files by legal form and by registered activity (manufacturing or wholesale trade) and shows only the SIREN number, name, legal category, status, creation date, activity code and the commune of the head office; it has not otherwise changed the information. Neither INSEE nor any other French public body endorses Datbot Market or our use of this information, and its mention here gives no record any official status. If you need to reuse this information, obtain it from data.gouv.fr under the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence version 2.0.
Czechia. Contains data from the Register of Economic Subjects, open data (Registr ekonomických subjektů, otevřená data) of the Czech Statistical Office (Český statistický úřad), state as of 30 September 2026, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). This data is modified and derived: Datbot selected companies by legal form and prevailing activity, reduced each activity code to its NACE Rev. 2.1 class, grouped it as manufacturing or wholesale trade, and kept only the municipality of the registered office. It is not unchanged official statistics of the Czech Statistical Office. The Czech Statistical Office's conditions of use: https://csu.gov.cz/podminky_pro_vyuzivani_a_dalsi_zverejnovani_statistickych_udaju_csu. The data is provided as is, under the licence's disclaimer of warranties. Nothing here implies that the Czech Statistical Office endorses Datbot Market or our use of this data.

Finland. Contains information from the open data of the Finnish Business Information System (YTJ) of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH), retrieved on 2 October 2026, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Datbot has modified this information: we selected companies by company form and main line of business, and we show only the post office town of one of each company's registered addresses. Registered activity titles are PRH's own English titles from the Standard Industrial Classification TOL 2025 or TOL 2008. Datbot Market is not a PRH service, and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office does not endorse Datbot Market or our use of this information. The information is provided as is, under the licence's disclaimer of warranties.
Latvia. Contains register data from the Enterprise Register of the Republic of Latvia (file of 22 September 2026) and each company's main activity code from the State Revenue Service (tax years 2023 and 2024, the latest year for each company), both published on data.gov.lv under the CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication. Datbot selected companies by legal form and main activity code, shows each code with its NACE Rev. 2.1 title, and keeps only the municipality or state city of the registered office. The State Revenue Service states that this information is for information only and has no legal force, and the activity code is shown on that basis. The Enterprise Register and the State Revenue Service of the Republic of Latvia do not endorse Datbot Market or our use of this information.
4. Your account
Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
Claim or represent only a company you are authorised to represent. Claiming a company you do not represent is a breach of these terms and may be unlawful.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Sanctions
By registering, claiming or publishing a company page, or by requesting or accepting an introduction, you confirm that neither you nor the company you act for is named on, or owned or controlled by a party named on, the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control's Specially Designated Nationals list, or any other sanctions list that applies to Datbot, to the other party or to the transaction, including designations under India's Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. We screen company names against the first two lists. We do not verify ownership or control. If we reasonably believe that sanctions apply, we may remove a company page, decline or stop an introduction and close an account, without liability to you, and we may be unable to give you our reasons. You can still raise a grievance through our contact form; it will be acknowledged and reviewed.
5. What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, extract, scrape, index or store the Service's content in any systematic way, whether by automated tools or by hand, or let anyone else do so;
- republish, resell, license, distribute or otherwise commercially use content taken from the Service;
- use the Service to build, add to or check another directory, database or mailing list;
- use contact details obtained through the Service for unsolicited marketing or mass mailing;
- attempt to reach any part of the Service you are not authorised to reach, or to identify companies or users beyond what the Service shows you;
- misrepresent your identity, your authority, or your company's capabilities;
- interfere with the Service's operation or security.
We use technical and legal measures to detect automated extraction. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination and legal action.
You may view the Service and keep a copy of individual listings for your own internal business use. Search engines may index the public pages we make available to them.
Ownership. The Service, its database, the selection and arrangement of company information, and everything we add belong to Datbot Technologies. Content that members supply belongs to them.
Where the licence of an original source gives you rights in that source's data that we are not permitted to restrict, those rights are unaffected. The same data remains available from the original source.
6. Content you provide
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, review, translate and display it on the Service for as long as your profile is published.
You confirm that you have the right to provide it, and that publishing it will not infringe anyone else's rights.
We may remove anything we believe to be inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or in breach of these terms. Where we remove something you submitted, we will tell you why.
Names, logos and content on company pages belong to their owners. If a page uses your trademark or content without permission, email grievance@datbots.com with the page link and proof of your rights. We will review it and may remove the page.
7. Introductions
Where a buyer and a supplier both consent, we deliver the business contacts each selected only through each party's signed-in Datbot account.
We approve a request for an introduction only after the supplier has accepted that specific request and the buyer has confirmed it.
Introductions are currently free for buyers. If we introduce a fee, we will show it before you commit to anything.
The service is governed by our Refund and cancellation policy and Service delivery / no physical shipping policy.
We do not guarantee supplier acceptance, an introduction, a reply, a meeting, a quotation, a transaction or any business outcome.
8. Availability
We provide the Service as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from your dealings with any other user of the Service.
Nothing in these terms or the policies linked from them limits or excludes any statutory right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, whether you use the Service for a business or in any other capacity.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. See the Privacy policy for what happens to your information.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with a new effective date, and where the change is significant we will tell registered users.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu, have exclusive jurisdiction.
